Sales Manager - Relationship management - Field sales - Asset Finance
GBP45k-GBP55k + up to 50% commission
The RZ Group is working closely with a Financial Services client based in Uxbridge who are looking for a Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy and actively plan to identify, engage and maintain relationships with brokers and introducers to grow the company's market share, volume and reputation.
The successful candidate will:
* Use introducer feedback to recommend and assist in the development of new processes
* Liaise with the underwriting and support teams to ensure service standards are being met
* Attend networking events trade shows
* Develop knowledge and understanding of the asset based finance industry
Candidates should possess the following skills:
* Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
* Good organisational skills
* Able to understand and prepare asset finance proposals for underwriting
* Able to interpret statutory and management accounts
