What will the Year 3 Teacher role involve?

To be considered you will need to be an assertive KS2 Teacher who has worked in an environment before with heightened numbers of SEN pupils and those who speak 'English as an Additional Language' and a track record of 'Good' or better teacher. The Head teacher wants to recruit a teacher with the ability to find their feet with the minimum of disruption to the school and up to date knowledge and experience of the curriculum. The ideal individual should be able to add value to any team them are part of through motivated and enthusiastic participation, and be happy to work independently as well.
