Pertemps Recruitment are assisting a Legal 200 law firm, with a modern office in Nottingham, in recruiting a commercial property paralegal at a junior level, into the award winning real estate team.
The current real estate team undertakes a wide range of property work including, plot sale, planning law, and retail commercial property. The firm has steadily grown to become one of the most profitable and respected firms` in the East Midlands.
You will join at an exciting time of growth for this top tier national real estate department. You will work with two experienced partners and other senior members in assisting clients and providing support in a wide range of matters including: preparation and approval of leases of business premises, drafting legal documents, and site acquisition for new residential and commercial developments.
You will be a commercial property paralegal with a legal 500 background and strong academics. You will have also have experience working with a commercial area within law.
