We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join the Compliance team working within a busy fast paced administration team supporting a large corporate company with all back office administration support.
Key responsibilities
* Processing all purchase invoices received across the contract on a daily basis.
* Resolve any queries that may arise through processing purchase invoices (investigation work and liaising with project managers).
* Processing and clearing all in query invoices.
* Chasing all Open Purchase Orders on a daily basis to get subcontractor/supplier invoices in and added to the system for processing.
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to specific project Managers/staff.
* General filing duties ensuring the filing system is neat and tidy to aid speedy retrieval of information.
* General typing and filing duties as required.
* Provide support to experienced administrators at busy times of the month to pick up adhoc works.
Key skills
* Previous experience in a technical, building services or construction related administrative role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Organised with good planning ability, to organise / schedule events and activities.
* Capability to understand and analyse statistical data.
Monday to Friday office hours
GBP15,600 - GBP16,500 salary
