Payroll Administrator

Our client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their busy team. Based at the Andover office, the position will involve providing payroll services for clients' and supporting them with their payroll queries. You will be the point of contact for clients and will work closely with them to provide an outstanding service.

The successful applicant for this role will support in the following areas:-

Providing quick responses to client queries via email and on the phone
Keeping client records up-to-date using online software
Uploading payroll files onto the online system
Running simple payrolls
Gathering information from clients to ensure payrolls are run accurately and on time
HMRC notifications
Pension uploads
Having responsibility for getting new companies onto the system and registered with HMRC
Inputting new employees using online software
Ensuring that each client receives an efficient & accurate service

Key experience and skills:-

Outstanding attention to detail
Highly organised
Passion for accuracy and getting things right
Good with numbers, including basic maths
Comfortable using Word, Excel, email and learning new software packages
A positive team player
Ability to prioritise and juggle a changing workload
GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C or above)
