Planning and Dispatch Coordinator / Engineer Planner / Engineer Scheduler

Salary: £19,000 -£22,000 per annum, dependant on experience.

Location: Swarcliffe, Leeds however must be willing to occasionally travel to Sheffield.

Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.

Due to our fantastic success and growth plans we are now looking to recruit a Planning and Dispatch Coordinator / Engineer Planner / Engineer Scheduler to join our team in Swarcliffe, Leeds with occasional travel required to our Sheffield office.

About The Planning and Dispatch Coordinator / Engineer Planner / Engineer Scheduler Role:

The purpose of this role is to deliver a first class customer care service to our clients. By co-ordinating activities including defect management and constant communication across all channels. Delivering an excellent level of client liaison to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal Planning and Dispatch Coordinator / Engineer Planner / Engineer Scheduler:

  • You will be a technically competent scheduler or planner, with significant potential, capability or experience of delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high quality relationships.
  • Candidates ideally will have experience of working in the Social Housing sector (or similar industry); with the ability to maintain full operational control of R&M contracts, lead and support the day to day function of the team; scheduling, resource utilisation, variations and risk escalation. Monitor and complete client reporting and KPI information.
  • You will have the ability to maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrate honesty with colleagues and contribute to team projects in participating where possible to make your mark.
