Regional Manager required for a fast paced rapidly growing company to cover Northampton and Lincolnshire. Salary GBP50,000 to GBP60,000 + car + bonus and bens.
Our client has been in operation for over 10 years and they are currently experiencing a period of rapid growth hence the need to support this with an additional Regional Manager. Their business is a large and successful quick service brand that is popular with many customers.
In the role of Regional Manager you will cover up to 14 busy sites with area managers reporting into you. This will be a growing region. You will develop the management teams, drive sales and maximise profitability, monitor standards, recruit and build teams. You will also support the development of the wider team ensuring that you have a strong succession plan in place for your area.
In the role of Regional Manager you will need to be available during peak sales periods which can include evenings and weekends. You will work closely with the team and know how to get the best out of your people.
The successful Regional Manager will already have a strong background in this role within a quick service environment.
