Role: REA00005Q Programme Dev & Integration Manager
Location: Reading
Salary: DOE + 15% Flexible Benefits

An experienced IT professional is sought with an in-depth knowledge of the development life-cycle, including code development estimation, code development methodologies, testing disciplines from Unit Testing, FAT through to SIT & OAT.
The role is an extremely challenging but ultimately rewarding role, acting as the conduit between various geographical dispersed developments teams, to ensure the User Requirements and the Integrated design is co-ordinated and developed to plan.
The Role will require some European Travel and will require a self-motivator who is able to co-ordinate resolution of immerging issues to ensure the project meets its milestones. The role would suit an experienced Development/ Delivery Manager, Ideally from a JAVA background that understands Enterprise Service Buses and Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) that is looking for the next challenge.
The role will co-ordinate with the Programme Management Board, the Solution Architects, the Test Director and predominately the work stream development and project leads. Pulling together disparate work streams to ensure successful delivery of an integrated solution will be a prime factor, effectively owning the delivery of the technical solution. An understanding of co-ordinated JAVA development sprints, Middleware technology including User Interface Portals, Application Servers, ESB, Data Services and Reporting (ideally using JASPERSOFT) and Databases (ideally PostgreSQL) would be preferable.
