Site Manager - Housing

We have excellent opportunities in Lancashire and North West for motivated Site Managers to join an ambitious team to play a key part in the ongoing growth and success of an expanding business.

As a Site Manager you will direct the operation of the site to ensure that cost, time and quality standards are achieved in building award winning, high specification homes. Using well developed management skills you will drive the performance and output of the site, ensuring deadlines are met in line with build plans while guaranteeing cost efficiency and health and safety.

Significant house building experience, excellent people management skills, health and safety knowledge and a measure-able passion for quality are essential. Valid CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS are a must
