Our client is leading Outsourcing Consultancy based in London who are looking for an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruitment Resourcer to join their team on a 6 months contract.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the specialised Talent Acquisition Team you will help format the future proactive sourcing strategy to identify and build relationships with passive candidates nationally and internationally within niche or specialised skill sets. Using all search methodologies including networking and active data mining to build up a pool of viable talent for our Digital business. Devise and implement ways to attract passive candidates with the Accenture Digital value proposition. Build and maintain a database of viable Digital candidates to fill pipeline positions. Working with recruiters and the hiring managers to understand the precise requirements of the roles being recruited. Source potential candidates through direct channels, web searches and develop a pipeline of appropriate talent. Prequalify potential candidates to determine the candidate's level of interest and other necessary information (ie Salary) and fit for the business. Making decisions on which candidates fill the hiring criteria and place them into the recruitment pipeline, master the use of internet as a means to source active and passive candidates including tools such and LinkedIn and Twitter to source candidates. Report on performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects. Managing job advertising across a wide range of mediums.

Ideal experience required for this role:
Degree educated or equivalent is desirable
Previous recruitment or similar Talent / Recruitment resourcing experience is advantageous
Experience of sourcing Digital skillsets in a fast paced professional services firm or recruitment agency.
Understanding of advanced search and engagement methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management experience at mid to senior levels either as internal stakeholders or clients.
Deep understanding of the Digital market
Subject matter expertise in recruitment through social media channels.
Preferably experience of Taleo and Avature CRM systems.
