Sales / Claims Advisor - OTE GBP30,000
Are you a capable communicator with a proven history in sales?
This Claims Management Company is looking for highly motivated individuals to work in their vibrant Contact Centre in Loughton, Essex.
This role involves contacting customers who are interested in their services and have requested a call back so no cold-calling is involved. Ensure that all claims are recorded accurately and deliver excellent customer service levels.
Week day shifts are either 9am - 6pm or 11am - 8pm Monday to Friday
They require that you:
- Are eligible to work in the UK. They cannot provide sponsorship for overseas nationals.
- Are confident and outgoing and can establish rapport easily with people.
- Are target driven as your success rate, earning opportunity, and opportunity for growth is all based on performance.
- Have existing sales experience.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Time management and Multi-tasking skills are a must.
- Can work Saturdays when required
They offer GBP18,500 basic + commission OTE GBP36,500 (which is being achieved by their Top Earners)
