Motor Claims Handler

Our well established client is looking for Motor Claims Handlers to join their growing team in their offices based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service driven individual to join an expanding company with a clear vision.

A minimum of 2 years experience within a motor claims environment is essential, whether this is from an insurance or body shop background.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organising collection of vehicles and allocation of courtesy cars
- Updating the customers regularly upon the current progress of work to their vehicle
- Keeping correct and up to date activity records on the database
- Organising delivery and collection paperwork of both customer and company vehicles
- Customer queries and complaint/logs
- Collecting any outstanding monies from customer
- Invoicing insurance company for completed work

Salary: GBP22,000 to GBP25,000 p.a.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm. You will be required to work 1 Saturday in every 3 doing an 8am - Midday shift.
