Beautiful countryside pub near Portsmouth is seeking Head Chef to on a permanent basis!
This traditional English pub is located in the historic town of Southwick and has a loyal following of both tourists and locals alike. There is now an opening for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team. You will be cooking fresh meals from scratch and designing daily specials within budget.

The Head Chef must have previous experience within a management role, and be able to work all areas of the kitchen at a high level. This role may suit a Sous Chef looking for their next step up the career ladder. You will have totally control of the kitchen, and will have option to create new dishes for the menu and source new suppliers.
You must have excellent knife skills, be highly organised, happy to work alone and ideally have own transport.
Hours
Wednesday to Sunday
0930 - 1430 and 1730 - 2130
