Description
My client is looking for an enthusiastic and professional candidate to join their External Communications team for a minimum of six months to work on the revamp of corporate website, and support the team in managing content updates to the existing website and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Migrate and upload content to the new website (primary focus of role)
- Proofread and check content before go-live on the website
- Support the website testing process
- Support post go-live changes to the new website - content updates and bug fixes
- Make content updates to the existing websites
- Support the day-to-day management of key Group social media channels
- Develop a close working relationship with the website agency
Profile
You have at least six months experience working in a corporate environment. You're highly organised, a good listener and happy to work on assigned tasks individually or as part of a wider team.
Essential:
- Six months experience in a business environment
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to proofread and pay attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
- Flexibility and willingness to deal with new tasks
- Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines
Advantageous:
- Experience of delivering online content and using content management systems
- Understanding of social networking platforms.
Job Offer
The role will last for an initial 6 months paying a competitive day rate. After this, there may be the possibility of an extension or an internal move into another role for an outstanding performer.
