Contract Cleaning Manager - North East London
OVERVIEW
Our client, a busy, high profile major player in the business service world is currently looking to recruit a site based Contract Cleaning Manager around North East London. The role is to manage varied multi- sites, with this in mind we would be looking to recruit someone with experience in multi-site management.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
- You will be responsible for the management of the hygiene and cleaning over each site.
- You will manage the day to day operations making sure audits are carried out and the schedules are kept in line with the service level agreement.
- You will also look after event planning, payroll, recruitment and training of hygiene operatives.
- Being a direct point of contract with the client you will be used to building and maintaining relationships, acting in a pro - active and professional manner with the ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
- The role is prominently Monday - Friday however you may be required to work weekends and unsocial hours so flexibility is required.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Will have a background in multi-sites such as a Multi-Skilled Manager or Area Manager.
- Exceptional Management and Customer Service skills with a keen eye for detail and exceptionally high standards.
- Ideally some financial knowledge regarding budgets, P & L accounts and stocks and staffing spends.
- A professional management style and knowledge of Payroll and HR procedures including recruitment, disciplinary and grievance hearings.
- Ability to demonstrate customer focus and to have daily meetings with the customer.
- High level of planning and organisational skills.
