Team Leader
Nottinghamshire
Day Shift
Up to GBP22,000 per annum
Team Leader required for a development department within Nottinghamshire based Electronics Company. As a Team Leader you be overseeing a team of 8-16 staff. You will have experience within an Electronics environment and be able to drive the Business forward using LEAN manufacturing techniques.
The ideal candidate will have the following
Experience working within an Electronics company
Apprentice trained or relevant qualifications, ideally within Engineering
Competent producing KPI, quality and productivity reports
Understanding of LEAN manufacturing and processes
Contribute ideas for improvement of work cells and tooling.
Confident in the supervision of personnel
Can demonstrate flexibility within a demanding fast moving environment
Paying a competitive rate of up to GBP22,000 per annum. The company offers onsite parking and a great working environment and utilises the latest state of the art equipment.
