Learning and Development Manager
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: GBP30,000 - 40,000 per annum (dependant on experience) + strong package
Duration: 18 months fixed term contract (with scope to go permanent)
Overview:
Sanderson Recruitment are looking for a driven and skilled Learning and Development Manager to join an established and well respected financial services provider.
Based in Edinburgh this fixed term contract position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in a large and complex business transformation programme which will involve significant cultural and technical change.
As a Learning and Development Manager you will lead the design and delivery of a large technical training programme as well as manage a small team of Learning and Development Consultants.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Technical training experience in a Contact Centre (or similar) environment
- Demonstrable evidence of designing and delivering technical training programmes
- Management experience (desirable not essential)
- Financial Services industry sector experience (desirable not essential)
