My client, a technology company based in Southampton is on the look-out for a talented graduate who is keen to apply their potential within a fast-paced, client-focused service company.
You will work alongside project managers and account managers on a variety of research projects from start to finish, ensuring throughout that our clients are getting the best experience possible.
The Research Executive role involves extensive use of market research and analytical software packages, for which full training will be provided.
Through our Research Executive training programme you will become expert in a number of areas:
- The principles of market research
- Creating and scripting online surveys
- Running the fieldwork for research projects
- Generating research analysis
- Liaising with suppliers and internal team members
This role offers you a fast-paced, project-focused role where you can learn new skills and develop knowledge of the research and technology industries. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your initiative, stretch yourself and progress into senior roles within the research executive, project management or sales teams.

Person requirements
You'll need to be a confident and adaptable graduate, who can use your initiative to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Communication skills are key as you will work with a number of different project managers and account managers, as well as other Research Executives.
Enthusiasm for research, the technology sector and developing your own skills is a must for this role. However prior experience of working in market research is not necessary.
Qualifications and experience requirements
- Degree qualification of 2:2 or above
- Good numeracy, communication and time management skills
- Experience of working with Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience of primary research would be beneficial, but is not necessary
