Litigation Officer
Our highly reputable, prestigious, well established client who are conveniently based in the heart of Leeds, West Yorkshire are currently looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Officer to join their order for sale team.
Carrying out a hands on role, your duties will include:
* Administering and processing existing order for sale portfolio's
* Manage own caseload of 150-200 cases including contested and defended cases
* Draft pleadings, witness statements and case bundles
* Instruct agents and counsel to attend hearings
* Negotiating payment arrangements with defendants
You will posses previous experience working within paralegal/litigation or debt recovery and have an understanding of county court claims, particularly part 8 order for sale. In addition, you will have first class communication skills.
