HR Manager - Interim, CIPD, Recruitment
HR Manager with strong skills in Recruitment, UK Employment Law and Employee Relations required by company based in Birmingham. The HR Manager will ideally possess experience in the technology sector, particularly pertaining to technology recruitment within international IT companies. The HR Manager will act as subject matter expect on Employment Legislation and Employee Relations matters. The HR Manager will work within a 3 month contract, and may have the opportunity for extension or conversion to become a longer-term employee.
Key skills:
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Manager
- CIPD Qualified (level 5 or above) or equivalent
- Ability act as a subject matter expert for Employee Relations & Employment Legislation
- Proven experience in driving Recruitment initiatives, particularly in the tech sector
- Strong team working skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Desirable skills:
- Experience of working within international companies
