Based in Birmingham / Telford
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

As one of the UK's leading independent professional services companies we are currently looking to recruit a Reward Assistant Advisor for either our Birmingham or Telford office. Your role will be to provide a high standard of administrative support for all reward activities and projects as an important part of our HR function.

Work will include…
* Supporting data research and presenting benchmarking data on salary and benefits
* Assisting with the design of pay, benefits and incentive schemes to ensure market competitiveness
* Supporting the reward cycle including new pay frameworks
* Conducting gender pay reporting
* Supporting HR teams with salary and benefits queries and resolving any problems
* Assisting with projects to develop and implement reward solutions that support business objectives

The role will suit an intelligent, well organised and hard-working individual, CPP qualified or currently studying towards the qualification, able to demonstrate skill and experience administering voluntary benefits including childcare vouchers, Cycle to Work, health screening, dental insurance, health cash plans, and gym membership. We are looking for someone able to demonstrate a fantastic work ethic, strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work to deadline, plus excellent attention to detail.

With almost 3500 partners and staff across 35 offices generating a fee income of over £300 million, you would be joining one of the 3 principal mid-market accountancy firms at a particularly interesting time.
