We're recruiting a Talent Acquisition position for an exceptional multi-sector recruitment company who have achieved incredible success in the UK - with no plan on slowing their growth any time soon. You will be responsible for increasing the headcount of our client's company. This role is perfect for those of you who maybe don't like the business development side of recruitment, but have a real passion for the candidate delivery.
Position: Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Location: Hampshire
Package: GBP22k-GBP25k (GBP35k+ OTE) plus pension, healthcare, gym membership
Due to rapid expansion, huge growth plans and continued success our client are now looking to hire an additional Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their HR team based in their Hampshire based Head Quarters. This role is ideal for a Recruitment Consultant who doesn't enjoy the business development side of the role or for a Resourcer who is looking to move over to an internal role.
What the role will entail:
- Advertising and marketing all live and vacant roles across a level of platforms including social media and job boards
- Attending local college and graduate fairs
- Headhunting passive candidates
- Pre-screen and interview candidates
- Liaise with management and diarise interviews accordingly
- Support candidates throughout their on boarding process and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
What we need from you:
- The ability to use your initiative - able to think of "outside the box" ideas to attract new candidates
- Desire to hit targets
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Proactive and organised
- Resilient, determined and can work well under pressure
- Proactive and organised
- Ideally recruitment or sales experience
- You must have a minimum of 1 years' experience in recruitment, with stories of success.
