Sales Administrator / Coordinator in Portchester

Superb opportunity for full time position in a successful sales driven Estate Agent. Based in Portchester, we are recruiting for a determined, productive and conscientious office coordinator who will have responsibility for the administration within a busy sales focused environment. Residential sales experience is not a pre-requisite however you will need relevant knowledge with MS Office and the ability to learn and maintain the internal systems. Full training will be given.

Excellent organisational skills, detail orientated approach, good grammar, a confident and effective verbal/written communicator and the ability to produce a high quality of work even within tight timescales is essential.

This role is initially to provide maternity cover and offers an opportunity for a perm role within the company with role progression in other offices for the right applicant. Working hours is for 5 days a week with alternative Saturdays and offers remuneration of circa GBP15,000 - GBP20,000 to be discussed at interview and will depend upon experience, aptitude and potential.
