We currently have an opportunity for Delivery Consultants to join our existing teams in Keele.
You will:
Act as an extension to our onsite account teams to source CVs, headhunt and pipeline candidates for a high volume of professional Vacancies.
You must be able to work to tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
You will spend the majority of your day on the phone speaking with candidates so you must be an excellent communicator and people manager.
You will also be responsible for arranging interviews, taking and providing feedback and also offering your candidates once they have been successful at interview stage.
You will need to display the following personal attributes to succeed in this role:
- Hard working and target driven
- Highly organised
- Assertive telephone manner
- Time management with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Desire to earn uncapped commission
