A fantastic school in Brentwood is seeking an experienced ASD teacher / Autistic Spectrum Disorder teacher to join their friendly team. The post will be teaching structured lessons to a Key Stage 3 class and will involve working with a team of teaching assistants, to ensure all students' needs are met.
This is a rewarding role and requires applicants to have a background of teaching children with ASD. The role is part time on a week by week contract with the opportunity to go longer term for the right ASD teacher / Autistic Spectrum Disorder teacher. The ideal ASD teacher / Autistic Spectrum Disorder teacher will be:
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with ASD experience
- Resilient and patient
- Able to work with both groups and one-to-one
