A design coordinator is a needed to oversee the smooth running of the design program on two leisure centre refurbishments, one valued GBP4.1m and the other GBP5.5m. Refurbishment experience is vital for this role and working for a main contractor is also a huge advantage. You will be dealing with the QA process, Value Engineering and Risk Assessment so experience in these areas are important. This is a freelance role until the end of Summer 2017.
