My client, a leading manufacturer of welded assemblies for the Automotive industry are seeking to expand their team in Bedfordshire with the addition of an experienced Quality Manager.
The main responsibilities of the Quality Manager job in Bedfordshire include the day to day running of the quality systems including TS16949 and ISO14001, further improving health and safety looking to gain OHSAS 18001 accreditation within the next 12 months, reducing customer and internal PPM levels and managing as well as being the point of contact for all customer and supplier quality liaison. As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for managing a small quality engineering team within the company carrying out performance reviews, setting KPI's and seeking to continuously develop the skills and knowledge of the team.
The ideal candidate for the Quality Manager job in Bedfordshire will have previous quality management experience within a mechanical manufacturing environment and must have experience of TS16949. Experience of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 would also be beneficial.
