Financial Accountant, AAT, ACA, ACCA, CCAB, CIMA, Government, Contract, Bristol
Financial Accountant required for a monthly rolling contract to be based from my client's offices in Bristol.
Finance Officer C2. This role will support the activities of the Financial and Reporting Accountant, Management Accountant or Finance Business partner.
The role is not expected to be specialised in a particular Finance and Accounting (F&A) specialism/discipline but may possess some specialised knowledge in a particular area due to their previous experience.
The role may be fully qualified AAT, or be working towards ACA, ACCA, CCAB, CIMA, or equivalent qualification, or, the practitioner possesses relevant knowledge which is typically gained through years of experience in a finance/accounting or similar role. Need to be competent in the use of Excel.
Examples of key responsibilities and tasks may include:
* Management Reporting: Collates, prepares and produces accurate management information and reports. Supports the interpretation of management reports and identifies key causes of variances;
* Budgeting: Applies the relevant processes in constructing and providing objective scrutiny and challenge to investment appraisals
