Training Manager
I am looking for a motivated, driven and successful Sales Trainer with experience within the Waste Management, Recycling or relevant services industry.
My client is a market leader within the Waste Management industry, and they are looking for Business Development Manager to join their sales team in Taunton and surrounding areas. Training and Management experience is essential, as is a "go getter" new business attitude.
Responsibilities
*Assist with the development and implementation of the Company's training plan which will be updated annually in order to enable the effective delivery of business objectives.
*Design, plan and deliver training courses as required.
*Induct new Sales people across Telesales.
*Provide ongoing coaching to Telesales professionals to enhance performance.
*Participate in all aspects of training provision including sourcing of and liaison with providers to ensure the Company has the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively deliver the Business Plan.
*Undertake training needs analysis with the Telesales department as required to ensure that the training programme is appropriate to the business needs.
*Carry out evaluation of delivered training to ensure that the Company's investment is beneficial.
Experience and Qualifictaions
Essential
EE1 - Experience of Sales training delivery.
EE2 - Experience of soft skills training delivery in a Sales environment.
EE3 - Experience of people management.
Desirable
ED1 - Experience of Management training delivery.
ED2 - Experience of IIP assessments.
Essential
QE1 - Formal training qualification e.g. CIPD Certificate in Training Practice.
QE2 - Driving licence.
