Finance Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Assistant on behalf of an industry leading business in Hull on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be highly professional and motivated with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

You will be responsible for processing payroll clocking information, purchase invoice matching and processing. You will maintain spreadsheets, managing daily post in and out, receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.

You will assist the wide finance team to include verifying calculations, managing petty cash transactions, ordering stationery.

You must be comfortable in a target driven environment and high volume, IT literate including Microsoft Excel
