Interim HR Advisor - based Lincoln and Horncastle/Boston area sites ( commutable from Sleaford, Boston, Horncastle, Spalding areas). ASAP start date.

Your new company
A charitable organisation in Lincolnshire is looking to recruit a HR Advisor, to start ASAP, initially on a Interim / Temporary basis for a period of 3-4 months to cover a period of change within the organisation. There then maybe the opportunity to apply for a permanent role.

Your new role
The role will cover all aspects of the employee lifecycle, advice & guidance to Manager/staff, absence management, ER work/ Grievances & Disciplinaries. Also you will be responsible for HR MI/reporting on a monthly and adhoc basis.

The role will be initially based in Lincoln, with a view to moving the duties and department to another site near Horncastle/Boston in 6-8 weeks time (March 2017).

What you'll need to succeed
A solid foundation of experience and knowledge in Human Resources, with a minimum of the Level 3 CIPD (or suitably equivalent experience level). A clean driving license and car is essential due to the location of the offices near Boston. A high level of IT experience is required for database and reporting/Excel work.
