We are working together looking for a new member of the product design and development team with an ????~Embedded firmware bias' who is required to drive the development on some key projects. The company has big plans in many different areas and hence needs a diverse range of software abilities.
We are looking for someone who can work with minimum supervision and deliver projects, as while providing skills primarily in on the software aspects of embedded systems these projects. This will include: Working with colleagues and management team to deliver projects on against a plan from concept to launch. Using and adapting existing system architectures to fit new specifications.
Key Skills
-Embedded Firmware design using Embedded C
-PIC and ARM micros
-Full Embedded Software lifecycle: Plan, design, testing, documentation, maintenance
-Strong time management skills and project management abilities
Skills you will have the opportunity to learn include:
-Electronic Hardware design, PCB Layout, Digital Signal Processing
-Design for Manufacture, Product compliance - CE Marking, Safety and EMC Testing
-Ethernet and Wireless systems including TCP/IP, Telnet, SIP, SNMP
