Account Coordinator
Location: Camberley
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP21,000 DOE
I am currently recruiting for an Account Executive to work my client based in Camberley.
The company specialise in providing businesses with marketing solutions and strategies to maximise Gross Profit.
You will effectively support & deliver operational activities on behalf of clients in accordance with internal procedures, ensuring client KPIs are met, on time and to deliver projected Gross Profit margin.
Duties:
Create daily and weekly reports, within Excel, to send to client within deadlines provided.
In line with the support from Line Manager you will take client briefs and then create briefing documents which drive field action and client results.
Investigate and resolve any queries raised by the data being downloaded.
Highlight trends or patterns of data inconsistency to Line Manager or Account Handler.
To respond to all field, client and head office requests in a professional & courteous manner.
Check all expense claims put forward by field team members to ensure accuracy.
Attend client meetings alongside other senior members of the team.
Liaise with distribution & logistic companies regarding Point of Sale deliveries to field staff home addresses and stores.
Liaise with our clients throughout the life of an activity either face to face, over the telephone or email.
Accurate management of Asset Tracking across all equipment issued to the field team
Communication of briefs via the telephone to field personnel including verification of receipt and checking understanding of written briefs.
Checking that field staff have the necessary materials and information to carry out the brief.
Understand and carry out action points from internal meetings with Line Manager and other key personnel within a specified time frame.
Fully engage with all field activity by completing field visits to ensure in store processes and the actions possible are understood, this should happen at least once every six months.
Skills & Requirements:
High standard of written and spoken English
Intermediate skills across the Microsoft Office products - PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
A hands on approach to learning - willing to have a go
Care about getting it right
Able to take direction and go with it, can't want or need micro management
Office hours: 8:30 - 17:00
