We have an exciting opportunity for a maintenance/engineering supervisor.

Purpose: To maintain and keep in good repair factory machinery with as little down time as possible. The function is split between breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance, condition-based monitoring and continuous process capability improvements.

You are a qualified and experienced multi-skilled engineer-supervisor.

You will be responsible for supervising maintenance engineering teams fixing breakdowns, managing repairs, performing preventative maintenance and support to ensure minimum downtime.

You will carry out the following duties:
?? Manage a team of engineers.
?? Monitor and assist preventative and reactive maintenance.
?? Act as front-line manager to your team.

You have:
?? Experience in Multi-Skilled Maintenance.
?? Previous experience in a Senior Engineer or Supervisor role.
?? Experience of working in the commercial environment.
?? Good communication and a good attitude.

You have a strong understanding of the operational processes involved with high-speed packing lines, and fault-finding and analytical skills.

Additional Salary Information:

Pension, holidays; 53 weeks' salary.

Essential Criteria:

We require one of the following qualifications:

* NVQ3
* HND
* BTEC
* HNC
* C&G or similar.

Ideally you have at least 2 years' prior experience working in an FMCG environment, preferably within food manufacturing.
