This is a new position for my client, based at their offices in Nantwich. The role of Business Administrator/Analyst is to lead processes necessary to support the day to day management of the business. These processes involve monitoring and communicating business performance, forecasting future revenues and processes required for meeting legal, regional and company requirements.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Analyse regional business performance data and prepare business performance reports/presentations for use by Managing Director.
- Coordinate and prepare the monthly Integrated Business Planning input and presentations.
- Work with Company Secretary to meet HMRC reporting deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with HR requirements.
- Assume full ownership of the development, implementation and maintenance of the administrative process, which will involve some clerical tasks.
- Support VAT reporting requirements.
- Responsible for foreign payrolls and maintaining employees files for Europe and Asia.
- Maintain year to date payroll reports: US $ equivalent.
- Prepare and submit wire requests to Corporate Treasury Department.
- Coordinate payroll general ledger entry with Corporate Accounting Department.
- Reconcile foreign currency payrolls to general ledger.
- Reconcile UK NEST pension payments.
- Maintain HR module for all employee changes.
- Establish new vendors (master data) and enter invoices into SAP.
- Entry of accounts payable into SAP.
- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts.
Key skills and experience required:
- Previous experience of accurate data analysis and preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, pivot tables, graphs, advanced PowerPoint and be proficient with MS word.
- Highly developed analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication, influencing and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work within an international matrix environment.
- Advanced administrative skills.
- Experience of HR processes and procedures desirable.
- Minimum of advanced level (A Level) education combined with relevant work experience.
Hours of work: 20 hours/week over three days (some flexibility on days/working hours).
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays (pro rata)
