We are looking to recruit a self-motivated individual to coordinate the onsite contracts based at our client's well established premises in the Wellingborough area of Northamptonshire.
With over 125 years of history our client has evolved from a traditional world known freight forwarder to a leading global provider of supply chain solutions.
For this role you will primarily be dealing with the daily welfare and management of our temporary workforce for the contracts on site, as well as building & maintaining the company's relationship with the clients. A key aspect of the role will also involve the recruitment and resourcing of staff for the specific contracts.
Typical Duties:
Resourcing and planning industrial and driving staff
Interviewing and registering candidates
Managing daily/weekly bookings and attendance
Processing weekly payroll and KPIs
Weekly/monthly clients meetings
