Temp HR Administrator - 3 months - Shaftesbury
As HR Administrator you will be a vital support to the organisation ensuring the HR department provides an effective support to all business areas.
Key responsibilities will include:-
??To provide full administrative support to the Head of HR including typing letters, taking minutes, dealing with in-coming emails and enquiries.
??Create and maintain accurate employee records, both manual and electronic.
??Assist with the recruitment process and provide administrative and interviewing assistance to the Head of HR for all vacancies.
??Manage and organise specific HR projects when required.
??To input and compile employee data that is required for the production of HR statistical returns as requested, including collating and recording data using spreadsheets and databases.
??To assist the Head of HR in monitoring of sickness records including recording absences accurately and liaising with departments for appropriate documentation and providing reports accordingly.
??To assist in the organisation of Mandatory training sessions for staff including advising staff, booking rooms, updating records and issuing training certificates & reports.
??To maintain accurate records, both manual and electronic, for the organisation's policies and procedures, including amending policies when required and distributing/advising staff.
??To assist with maintaining accurate Audit files.
You will ideally have come from a HR background however strong administration background will also be considered.
You must also be immediately available and have strong IT skills.
This Temporary role is for 3 months and can pay GBP8.45 per hour.
