Mitrem Recruitment are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a team in the Wadebrige area.
As the HR Advisor you will be responsible for:
*Issuing contracts
*Updating staff records
*Updating company procedures and policies
*Implementing procedures
*Dealing with staff of all levels
*Attending meetings
*Occasional travel to other sites across Cornwall
Your background and skill set for the HR Advisor will include:
*Ideally CIPD qualified or equivilient
*Proven background in a HR role
*Experienced in dealing with employee relations
*Access to own transport is essential as this role will include travel to other sites
Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: GBP11.40 - GBP15.40 Per hour
