An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Resourcer to join an award-winning company that is the largest independent recruitment agency in the UK. With more than 200 locations nationally. If successful, you will form part of an established and focused industrial contract team in Coventry.
As the Recruitment Resourcer your duties will include:
- Searching candidate databases and matching skills criteria to job profiles.
Receiving and reviewing applications, registering and referencing candidates, managing interviews and short-listing candidates. - Briefing the candidate about the duties, responsibilities, salary and benefits of the specified role.
- Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
- Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
- Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
- Administrative support to ensure all policies and procedures are followed as per company audit guidelines.
- Conducting On-Site Inductions and introducing candidates to clients.
To be a successful Recruitment Resourcer you will have the following skills and experience:
- PC Skills such as Excel, Word.
- Good telephone manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexible and reliable.
The Recruitment Resourcer will be working up to 15 hours a week over 2-3 days between Monday - Friday. Flexible hours are available.
In return, the Recruitment Resourcer will receive a salary of GBP8 per hour.
