Curve one of Britain's leading producing theatre's has an exciting opportunity for a Ticket Office and Group Sales Manager to join our Sales and Communication team and to become part of our continued success.
The Ticket Office and Group Sales Manager will effectively manage the Ticket Sales Team to deliver the highest quality of customer service and will have previous experience in coaching and developing a successful sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and communicating means and opportunities to maximise income generation. An excellent level of computer literacy and significant experience of using a ticketing system is essential. You will have a good knowledge of working with ticketing, yield management, CRM systems or equivalent. In addition you will have demonstrable experience of working in cross-counter and telephone sales in an arts or leisure environment.
The post holder will have experience in a comparable role, either in a supervisory position within a large venue, or a managerial position within a smaller organisation. A track record of strong people management skills, and proven expertise in sales and financial reporting is essential.
Evening and weekend work will be required as a normal part of the working week.
