Senior Primary Care Operations/Practice Manager

Compass Associates are currently assisting a leading digital healthcare organisation in the recruitment of a Senior Primary Care Operations/Practice Manager role. The company is an innovative technology company who have aspirations to make healthcare more accessible to the worldwide population.
The role requires someone who is an experienced NHS Practice Manager who fully understands Primary care in its entirety and has previously run a Practice consisting of more than 10,000+ Patients. The position will involve expanding the organisations digital service to ensure excellent clinical delivery.
You should be skilled in Clinical Operations including Financial and KPI reporting and you will be responsible for the overall operational excellence of the service. You will be reporting into the MD and managing a team of 15 staff.
A combination of both NHS and private healthcare experience would be ideal alongside significant experience of managing a large GP Practice and a keen interest in technologies. You should be able to demonstrate clear growth within your previous roles and be able to give examples of how you can drive businesses forward. Additional skills of interest would include experience of managing and negotiating NHS contracts.
