Senior Online Development Lead

Our client - a market leader in their industry are seeking new Online Development Lead to join their development team in their Slough office. The client is currently going through a huge digital transformation and it's a great time to be joining the company.

The role will focus on defining and maintaining development standards and providing consultancy and estimating for online projects. You will provide support and technical direction for the development team (10-man team) and work alongside the Project Managers to identify and manage issues and risks.

Skills Required:
*Customer-orientation
*Front End Development skills - JavaScript, HTML, CSS
*Responsive Development, Cross-Browser Support
*Content Management Systems preferably Sitecore

Experience Required:
*The right candidate will have experience leading a development team
*Previously worked for a large organisation
*Worked on full implementation and maintenance of web CMS
*Awareness of third party software/services and how to implement them
*Test-Driven Development (TDD)
