We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Software Engineer to work with an innovative Smart Energy Tech company based in Southampton, Hampshire.

The company are in the early development phase of an innovative IoT product that will enable huge energy efficiency and conservation to a global audience.

They are seeking a talented and academically astute Senior Software Engineer to operate as the go to expert on the UI and Front End stack.

You will join a small and highly skilled teams of technical leads designing and prototyping a range of IoT and Cloud based systems. Eventually assuming team management responsibilities as the team grows and evolves. You will be able to contribute ideas, solutions and engineer IoT products that will add huge value to the company's market penetration.

Essential:

• Significant Front End development using:
• HTML5, CSS
• JavaScript
• AngularJS
• Web Services/REST APIs
• Cloud/SaaS platform development (eg AWS, Azure)

Along with expertise across Front End technology, we are looking for well rounded engineers with knowledge of a range of Back End and open source languages/tools, including although not limited to:

• C, C++, C#, Python, Ruby, Java
• Machine Learning/Data Science
