Optima Site Solutions is a specialist recruitment agency focused solely in the Construction industry with divisional operations in Trades and Labour, Technical and Rail & Civils. We have been established for 15 years and have a significant presence in the UK market and have developed a reputation for the quality and consistency of our service delivery.
A successful candidate for our Recruitment Consultant vacancy will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably in the Construction Sector
- Proven sales and business development record
- Ability to liaise with all types of clients at all levels within the business
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A team player mentality who is driven to succeed
Whilst the preference is for construction recruitment experience, greater importance is placed upon a proven sales and business development record and consequently full sector training will be given to a successful candidate from an alternative sector.
The bonus scheme offered by Optima is market-leading and uncapped. As examples, we would expect a consultant who is able to produce GP of GBP250,000 in a year to receive a salary & bonus of around GBP80,000, and a consultant producing GBP400,000 GP would receive a salary & bonus of around GBP130,000.
Alongside the salary and bonus the successful consultant will benefit from the following;
