Your role will be to drive lead acquisition and revenue generation through digital marketing channels, working with the internal group digital marketing team and external agencies to maximise opportunities.
Job Overview
We're looking for a driven, hard-working and self-motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join the digital marketing team to drive lead acquisition for the business. You will have experience in a target driven environment where multi-tasking is a must. You should strive to continually learn and improve their skills, be able to thrive in a supportive and friendly working environment, have a desire to share new ideas with our group marketing department, and work hard towards common goals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
*Strong experience of all online marketing channels including PPC, SEO, Email and content marketing.
*Minimum 3 years' experience.
*Experience of creative ' front end' and 'back end' web development skills and processes and the ability to drive continued conversion improvements and optimisation including employing up to date techniques and technologies.
*Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
*Budget management experience.
*Campaign analysis and Project Management skills.
*An aptitude and passion for all digital and related technologies.
*Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work at different levels of the organisation.
*Experience briefing creative teams and brand development.
*Commercially astute with a focus on the customer.
*Experience of people management including performance management and personal development plans.
Key Requirements
*Experience working in a B2B/B2C environment
*Competency using website content management systems
*Experience using analytics tools to measure and optimise performance
*Knowledge of SEO and PPC practices to be able to effectively communicate with internal and external teams
*Experience of marketing automation software
*Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Salary
GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 (Dependent on the candidate)
