JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+

THE ROLE:
This new, exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Employment Solicitor to join this dynamic, niche firm in central London. The role comprises an even mixture of contentious and non-contentious work working on behalf of employer clients as well as some claimant work for senior executives. You will be given a high degree of responsibility and will be expected to expected to work with a large degree of autonomy, minimal supervision and assist in compliance, business development and marketing activities.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Employment Solicitor will have a minimum of 4 years' PQE within employment law. A genuine interest in employment law is essential. Self-confidence, an excellent work ethic and a hands-on approach are also vital. A client following would be looked on favourably but is not essential. Given the autonomous nature of the role, attention to detail, reliability and a thorough approach are key.
