Junior Project Manager

Triumph is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the business with critical implementation plans. As the Junior Project Manager you will work closely with Customers and Key Internal Stakeholders to support the implementation of project/s throughout their whole lifecycle. You will work with a team of internal specialists to map the project/s and achieve key project milestones, managing the co-ordination of activities, resources, equipment and information.

As a Junior Project Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the creation of a project plan; managing next actions; variations; non-compliances; snagging and all communications; and ensuring they are all delivered on time in full.

Primary responsibilities

- MOS installations - Book in with customer, obtain installation information if not known?
- Booking installation subcontractors in writing. Reconfirm dates and times of arrival on site to all parties and update order for correct scheduling by Distribution.
- Monitor Sign off/Snagging/Delays/other.
- Hub Installations - Day to day orders over due at installers - reasons, are they communicating these failures to us in a timely manner to enable us to inform the customer?
- Manage, monitor and evaluate the service levels of the approved installation providers.
- Installer KPI - DDP - and push for continuous improvement.
- Week ahead - Tasks/ surgery meetings/ site visits - other business
- Outstanding order book - ensure once delivery and installs are completed the invoices are processed in a timely manner with 24hrs, with the exception of customer under the RM151 contract where sign off need to be completed before invoicing can be undertaken.
- Responsible for a range of tasks including maintenance of project logs, organisation and documentation of meetings, planning and booking resources for projects, production of purchase orders, invoicing, project setup and closure.
- Track project tasks and deliverables, updating project plans as necessary and communicate regularly with clients and the Internal Key Stakeholders about project progress.
- Monitor and resolve issues on projects prior to releasing deliverables. Assist in the collating of test reports and deliverables.

- Assist with the administration of sites
- Assist with the compilation of tender documents, and critically reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and client reporting.
- Design and produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.
- Manage reporting on the contractors progress against the contract programme.
- Experience to include interpretation of contracts, design and implementation of change management, resolution of contractual disputes, design and implementation of project controls, contract correspondence and financial close out of contracts.
- Minimum of 12 month experience in a similar role.
