Are you an experienced Project Manager from a Manufacturing Operations environment, interested in joining a global organisation managing multiple multi-disciplined projects. You will be a key member of the project team and ensure that all departments follow the company`s establish project process, and that projects utilise allocated resources to their optimum. You will come from a manufacturing engineering background, with previous experience of managing various projects at any one time, and knowledge of planning and logistics. As Project Manager, your duties will include:-

Working to and following up according to established instructions and processes.
Ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with customer requirements.
Ensure the company`s highest profitability is continuously met.
Supervise and monitor the financial status of projects, billing, cost and warranty.
Anticipate potential risks (technical, cost, time and quality).
Plan measure to mitigate potential risks.
Support the sales function in the quotation phase, includes contract review, estimation, project plan, risks and opportunities.
Coordinate the project to optimum utilisation of allocated resources.
Re-plan projects if required, within internal and customer requirements (agreed time, resources and financial goals).
To assist in the appointment of key employees in the project.
Implement CDR, PDR, FDR, FAI and other customer audits/visits.

Person Specification

Previous experience in a manufacturing, operations environment.
Previous experience working with various multi-disciplinary projects.
Be able to demonstrate the ability to understand drawings/schematics.
Previous experience within planning / logistics, and current rules, laws and safety regulations (International Trade/ Letter of Credit).
Excellent communication both internally and externally.
Ability to communicate within all levels within the organisation.
Proactive attitude and cost awareness
ERP system / Way of Working (WoW)
Understanding Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel, UK and abroad.
Fluency in other languages is desirable.
