Assistant General Manager, Newbury. Basic Salary of GBP18,000 with a realistic OTE of GBP28,000 for a well established, high end, restaurant group.

The Role
My Client is looking for an Assistant General Manager who is passionate about great, fresh food and believes that service is always second to none. The Assistant General Manager will be expected to go above and beyond the call of duty making sure every guest experience is unique and enjoyable. You will be expected to be very hands on and will be the face of the business, greeting guests and making sure they feel welcome to ensure repeat business.
What we are looking for:
- A proven Restaurant Assistant General Manager (or similar role)
- The ability to support, coach and develop waiters and bar staff.
- A true motivator of people
- Business minded
- Confident in always giving first class customer service.
- A great passion for fresh food.
- Able to advise customers on menu choices based on pallet preferences.
- Quick learner and able to learn in an every changing fast paced environment
- Target driven and self motivated individual

- A Completive Basic Salary of GBP18,000
- Realistic on target earning of GBP28,000
