Principal Recruitment Consultant - Contract Engineering Recruitment
GBP25k - GBP30k + GBP5k Car Allowance & 5-10k OTE in Year 1, 15k+ in Year 2, GBP20k+ in Year 3
Guaranteed commission for your 1st 6 months
The Contract division of ATA Recruitment Ltd has been the cornerstone of the Leicester branch for the last 10 years. Consistently one of the top performing business units in terms of revenue and profit across the ATA Recruitment business, we are now looking to double our current GP over the next 3 years. This is an ambitious plan and we need to add the best people to the business to help realise these growth plans. The RECRUITER will be responsible for the following.
- The strategic development of a high-volume contract recruitment business
- Focused business development in a wide range of industry sectors within the engineering market
- Targeting senior points of contact across a diverse group of engineering companies
- Aim to secure PSL status to generate high volume recruitment and allow you to be in control of your future business
- Working with hiring managers and internal recruiters to deliver effective recruitment solutions to your clients
- Using all the candidate resourcing options available to you including the large delivery team
- The mentoring and development of other recruiters
The candidate must possess the following skills to be considered for this role:
- Experience in a previous recruitment role
- Proven track-record in a sales and business development role
- Capability to present at board level and pitch and win PSL's
- Focused on the long-term growth of the business rather than short term wins
- Skilled relationship builder with a wide range of points of contacts
- Aspirations to take on extra responsibility
- Desire to progress into a Senior Sales role or Management
